Series 7 Inline Flame Arrestor
The
Series 7 models are designed to prevent the propagation of flame through venting
systems under specified conditions. The element assembly is easily removed
for maintenance or replacement while maintaining the piping integrity.
Installation can be vertical or horizontal, within 20 pipe diameters or a
maximum of 20 feet with one bend before the potential ignition source for group
"D" gases.
Construction: Carbon steel, aluminum or stainless steel housing with aluminum or stainless cell element. Special materials and protective coatings are available on request. Elements are available for Group B/C and D gases.
High Pressure Deflagration Arrestor
High Pressure Deflagration Flame Arrestors surpass standard flame arrestor performance in applications involving extended lengths of pipe with one bend, elevated operating pressures and extended flam stabilization on flame cell element. These units are bi-directional and can be installed vertically or horizontally. Elements are available for group B/C and D gases.
Construction: Standard: Carbon steel with 304S.S. elements. Optional: Other stainless steels, exotic materials and protective coatings, on request.

Detonation Flame Arrestor
Detonation Flame Arrestor units are bi-directional and can be installed vertically or horizontally at great distances from the ignition point and withstand high pressure deflagration and detonations. They are also designed to provide protection against continuous burning for a specified period. Elements are available for group B/C and D gases.
Construction: Standard: Carbon steel with 304 S.S. elements. Optional: Other stainless steels, exotic materials and protective coatings, on request.
Pressure Vacuum Relief Valve With Flame Arrestor
The 950 series relief valve with Series 7 flame arrestor allows a storage tank with flammable liquids or solvents to breath, thus maintaining a safe internal working pressure while protecting against fire and explosion from outside sources of ignition. Available in sizes 2'' through 10''. Standard pressure and vacuum settings are 1/2 ounce or 1 inch of water column. Seats and pallets are non-corrosive advanced composite materials or stainless steel. For closed in vapor collection systems, use a 850 series relief valve with a ENARDO detonation flame arrestor.
Construction: ANSI 150 lb. F.F. or R.F. Flanged.

Series 2000 Emergency Pressure Relief Vent
The Series 2000 is available in 4'', 8'', 12'', 16'', 18'', 20'' and 24'' sizes. They provide pressure relief only for those applications that require accurate large volume venting.
Construction: Carbon steel, aluminum and stainless steel.
Bolting Pattern: ANSI - B16.5 150 lb. API - 650

Series 1000 Lock Down Hatch
The series 1000 hatch provides access into storage tanks. When closed it assures a vapor tight seal that prevents leakage and evaporation loss. It is designed for easy installation, inspection and maintenance providing trouble free operation.
Construction: Aluminum base, arm and lid.
Bolting Pattern: ANSI - (8) 7/8'' holes on an 11-3/4'' circle.
API - (16) 11/16'' holes on an 10-3/8'' circle.
